E0.6 victory hand, Emoji

Traditionally called a Victory Hand, but most frequently known as a Peace Sign. Making a V with one hand, two fingers are held up.

In British culture, the reverse of this symbol is regarded as offensive, much like the middle finger.

In 1993, Victory Hand was approved for inclusion in Unicode 1.1, and in 2015, it was added to Emoji 1.0.
