E2.0 left speech bubble, Emoji

Although it was added to Unicode 7.0, the left-facing speech bubble was not regarded as a standard inclusion for the purposes of emoji presentation.

In 2014, Left Speech Bubble was accepted for inclusion in Unicode 7.0, and in 2015, it was added to Emoji 2.0.
