Distinct from Disappointed Face, which features eyes akin to yours but a pouting mouth. There's a cat version of this emoji called �� Cat Face With Wry Smile. This emoji on Snapchat indicates that a contact snaps you often, but you don't snap them back that often.

2010 saw the approval of Smirking Face for inclusion in Unicode 6.0, and in 2015 it was included to Emoji 1.0.
