A reddish-orange face, as though it had been overheated from a high temperature, with scowled eyebrows, a protruding tongue, and beads of sweat. Sweat droplet positions and numbers differ throughout platforms. may also allude to physical appeal (slang, hot).

Expressions that are variations of Anxious Face With Sweat or Sad but Relieved Face are available on most platforms. In 2018, Hot Face—also known as "Overheated Face"—was accepted for inclusion in Unicode 11.0 and included to Emoji 11.0.
